The former loanee arrives back on the south coast, after training with the club for three weeks to maintain fitness levels.
Wilshere spent ten years of his senior career with the Gunners, before leaving for West Ham in 2018.
He now returns to Vitality Stadium three-and-a-half years after his loan spell, where he helped the Cherries to a club best ninth-placed finish in the Premier League in the 2016/17 season.
He will wear jersey number 11 with the Cherries.
