La Liga: Moreno inspires Villarreal back to victory after their 2-1 win against Levante (Highlights) 2020-2021

Villarreal return to winning after their loss to Sevilla in their last game. The Yellow Submarines defeated Levante 2-1 at the Estadio de la Cerámica on Saturday.

Unai Emery side took the lead as early as 19 minutes, Fernando Niño (Villarreal) right footed shot from very close range to the centre of the goal. Assisted by Alfonso Pedraza with a cross.

In the second half, Gerard Moreno (Villarreal) doubled his side advantage with a right footed shot from the centre of the box to the bottom left corner. Assisted by Samuel Chukwueze.

But Levante were close to a comeback late in the game as Sergio León (Levante) pulled one back with a  header from the centre of the box to the bottom left corner. Assisted by Nemanja Radoja with a cross, only for Villarreal to hold on for their victory.
