It looks like Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson might be among the players who have tested positive for COVID-19.

The Brazilian shotstopper has revealed that he is self-isolating following the club's coronavirus outbreak earlier this week.

If you recall that Manchester City's clash against Everton was postponed on Monday after multiple positive cases of Covid-19 at the club.

It's been gathered that five players from the Manchester City first team squad are expected to miss the trip to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.

Meanwhile, Brazilian shot-stopper has revealed that he is currently in a self-isolation period, making him a huge doubt to face Chelsea on Sunday afternoon.

Ederson provided the update on his Instagram story. Alongside a picture of himself dressed up for New Year's Eve, he wrote: 'I just prepared for the photo. My New Year's Eve is isolated.'

Recall that that duo of Kyle Walker and Gabriel Jesus were already in self-isolation, along with two other City staff.
