Mesut Ozil has reportedly agreed to join Turkish side Fenerbahce this January window.

The German footballer joined the Gunners from Real Madrid in 2013 but has been out of coach Mikel Arteta's plans since he took charge in December 2019.

The report suggest that he has agreed on a three-and-a-half-year contract, which brings to an end his £350,000 per week deal at Arsenal.

Ozil, who had been in talks with US side DC United, posted a throwback picture on Tuesday night. January 5, on Twitter of him in Istanbul with the caption: 'This city.
