Antonio Conte's men played a goalless draw at Allianz stadium, but lost 2-1 in the first leg at the San Siro weeks ago.
The camera caught Conte during a reaction to his former president Andrea Agnelli.
Juventus held out admirably for a 0-0 in Turin to progress to the Coppa Italia final and an ecstatic Agnelli raced from his seat down towards the Inter bench as he celebrated the victory and Conte gave them a middle finger.
RAI reported that Conte was directing a middle finger gesture at Agnelli at half-time and the Juve chief was in no mood to smooth over relations at the end as he was heard shouting, 'f*** off, shut up you a***hole'.
