Babajide Sanwo-Olu Says Third Mainland Bridge Is Set To Be Opened After Completion Of The Maintenance

The governor of Lagos state Babajide Sanwo-Olu has given a positive update on the ongoing maintenance of the Third mainland bridge. If you recall that the bridge has been closed since the past few weeks as it was under maintenance. 

But the Lagos state governor,Sanwo-Olu has now confirmed the maintenance project has been completed and the Third Mainland bridge is set to be opened. 

The governor made the announcement via a post on his Twitter page on Saturday, February 27th 2021. 

He tweeted:

"Dear Lagosians,

The Third Mainland Bridge maintenance and rehabilitation is completed, and is now fully accessible to all. 

Thank you for your patience and kind understanding during the period of its closure.

Please adhere strictly to traffic laws while commuting."
