Elche goalkeeper, Edgar Badia shocked as Messi asked for his jersey after Barcelona's 3-0 win

Barcelona recorded a 3-0 win over Elche at the Camp Nou on Wednesday night, all thanks to Lionel Messi brilliance as the Argentine international scored twice on the game. 

Messi put Barcelona ahead in the 48th minute with an assist from Martin Braithwaite and made it two 20minutes later with another assist by Frenkie Fe Jong.

Jordi Alba sealed the win in the 73rd minute with another fine assist from Braithwaite to push Barca into third place behind Real and leaders Atletico Madrid.

Messi also showed a good sportsmanship when he exchanged his jersey with the Elche goalkeeper, Edgar Badia. 

Edgar was surprised  when Barcelona captain Lionel Messi asked to exchange shirts with him at the end of the match.
