Mat Ryan set for his Arsenal debut against Aston Villa

Arsenal will hope to put their loss against Wolverhampton behind ahead of their weekend clash.

The Gunners will travel to the Villa park om Saturday early kick off. The game is scheduled for 1:30 PM.

Recall that Wolves defeated Arsenal 2-1 after the Gunners finished with nine men due to red cards to David Luiz and Bernd Leno. 

Ahead of the game against Dean Smith side, the two players will be unable due to suspension. 

Also, Kieran Tierney is still expected sit out of the game due to an injury. 

But the Gunners have been boosted with return of Pablo Mari and Mat Ryan. 

Bernd Leno will serve his one-match suspension following red card against Wolves along with David Luiz. 


While Kieran Tierney is unavailable as he's set to be assessed due to a discomfort in the right lower leg and is unavailable for Saturday’s match.  

Pablo Mari has returned to full training after he return and he will be expected to partner either Rob Holding or Gabriel Magalhães. 

In the goalkeeper position, Mat Ryan will make his debut, he joined from Brighton on loan but was injured in training. 
He now back in full training and is available for selection.
