The Reds have been without Fabinho - vital to Liverpool's defence amid their injury crisis - since January 21 due to a muscle problem while star man Mane has also sat out the last two games.
Goalkeeper Alisson, meanwhile, missed out on the defeat by Brighton in midweek due to illness but is already 'feeling better'.
Klopp confirmed on Friday that both Mane and Fabinho are back in team training and could have a chance to face Pep Guardiola's side at Anfield.
The German said: 'Alisson feels much better. Sadio and Fabinho will be in parts of team training today so we'll see.'
Also, Jurgen Klopp was also asked whether January loan signing Kabak will be ready to play after he was granted international clearance by FIFA. The Reds are desperately short of defenders but the Reds boss insists his new signings still need to get up to speed.
He added: 'I don't know, we'll see who can play.
'In an ideal world you have a few weeks to work together on organisation and these things.
'Ben (Davies - another January arrival) and Ozan had analysis meetings yesterday where they got shown the stuff we do. It was like a centre half movie.
'Today they have a proper session, tomorrow proper session and we will see. I don't know yet.'
