Atletico Madrid striker Moussa Dembele faints during Diego Simeone's training (Photos)

Moussa Dembele reportedly fainted and appeared to lose consciousness during a training session at Atletico Madrid on Tuesday.

It was gathered that The former Lyon striker was filmed stretching out his hamstrings before falling to the ground and lying motionless on the pitch.

Atletico's medical staff were quick to react and spent several minutes trying to resuscitate the player. 

Dembele has since gone for medical tests following the worrying episode and reports have stated there is no 'serious' concern, claiming the incident was caused by low blood pressure. 

Dembele joined Atletico on a 'loan with an option to buy' deal from Lyon in January and was subsequently handed the No 19 shirt, which was previously worn by Diego Costa.
