"If it's not a penalty then someone explain what's a penalty is" - Mikel Arteta reacts to VAR penalty snubs against Burnley

Mikel Arteta have been left furious following VAR decision in the Gunners draw against Burnley.

Chris Wood got the equaliser from an error from Granit Xhaka after Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang had opened the scoring under 5 minutes. 

The moment of controversy came when Peters had handled the ball with his hand from a flick from Nicolas Pepe.

After the game, Arteta said:  "I think it's obvious and clear, I think there is no debate about that. If that is not a penalty, then would someone explain what a penalty is in this league."
