Nicole Scherzinger enjoys rigorous work out in black exercise gear (Photos)

Nicole Scherzinger on Saturday as she shared a video to her Instagram working up a sweat doing a range of different exercises.

The Pussycat Doll, 42, showed off her athletic frame in black and grey sports leggings and matching sports bra. 

The beauty completed her active-wear look with black trainers and wore her long dark tresses in a high pony tail. 

She also showed footage of her running on a treadmill and incorporating huge weights into some of her stretches.
