Orlando Bloom showcases his bulked-up physique as he enjoyed a grueling workout on the beach as he vacationed with fiancée Katy Perry in Hawaii. 

The buff father-of-two squeezed managed to squeeze in some exercise as he ran shirtless in a pair of tiny black board shorts on Tuesday afternoon. 

While his wife, Perry took a swim, Bloom held onto their six-month-old baby girl, Dove, and displayed his tattoo of a tribal sun inked to his gym-honed stomach
