The self-proclaimed marijuana advocate, 33, smoked a hand rolled cigarette while making his way to a West Hollywood gym with the pretty brunette. 

Meanwhile his girlfriend , Aimee caught the eye in a vibrant pink patterned gym vest and high-slung leggings.
