It's been gathered that Manchester City star llkay Gundogan has decided to auction his jersey.

The German international shared a snap of himself holding on to his ripped Manchester City jersey which he wore against Borussia Dortmund on Wednesday night Champions League quarter-final second leg tie.

Manchester City qualified for the semi final following their 2-1 win against Borussia Dortmund at the Signal Iduna Park.
Jude Bellingham had given Dortmund the lead before Kevin De Bruyne equalised from the penalty spot following Emry Can hand ball.

Phil Foden who scored the winner in the first leg at Etihad Stadium made it count once again with a left foot strike outside the box.

According to Gundogan, any proceeds that will be derived from the sale of the jersey will be donated to a fan.

He revealed that the 8 years old Dilara is currently suffering from a rare disease and she requires a surgery to help save her life.

He captioned: "Bid now on my signed (ripped) matchworn shirt, that I wore in the first leg of our  @ChampionsLeague
quarter-finals against  @BVB! Proceeds go to 8-year-old Dilara who is fighting against a very rare disease - let's make her live-saving surgery possible! "
