Chelsea's unbeaten run came to an end yesterday against a struggling West Bromwich Albion side.

The Baggies who are in 19th position in the Premier League table came to the Stamford Bridge and got all three points at the end of 90 minutes.

Chelsea haven't lost a game since Thomas Tuchel tool over at the helm of affairs, following his arrival in January after Frank Lampard was sacked.

But The Blues lost five goals to two as Thiago Silva was sent off for a second yellow card in the first half.

Meanwhile, fans were surprised when Tuchel substituted Christian Pulisic who scored the opening goal for Chelsea.

The American was replaced Mason Mount who scored the Blues second goal before Pereira scored twice in the first half to give the Baggies a 2-1 lead.

After the game, Thomas Tuchel has confirmed that Pulisic was withdrawn due to a hamstring injury injury. According to the manager, Pulisic couldn't continue the game and he had to replace him.

Tuchel said: 'So we had to make the decision to substitute him (Pulisic) straight away.'

Chelsea will now face Porto in the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals next week Wednesday night.
