Wilfred Ndidi heaps praises on Kelechi Iheanacho after Leicester City book FA Cup final ticket

Nigerian striker got fans into frenzy mode following his masterclass performance for his club, Leicester City over the weekend. 

The Foxes sealed their qualification into the final of the FA Cup following their 1-0 win over Southampton against Wembley stadium. 

Prior to the game, Brendan Rodgers handed Kelechi Iheanacho a starting belt following his recent form for the Foxes. 

Kelechi Iheanacho who has scored a total of 15 goals for Leicester City this season which has seen him scoop the player of the month of March award. 

It was a simple for Iheanacho after 55 minutes to give Leicester City as they held on to claim the victory at the end of 90 minutes. 

The result means that Leicester City have reached their first FA Cup Final since 1969. 

After the game, Kelechi Iheanacho was named the man of the match for his performance and he had also received praises from his club and country mate, Wilfred Ndidi. 

Super Eagles star, Wilfred Ndidi who played along with Iheanacho hailed the striker as he described as the senior man. 

He captioned: "So proud of this team  My Seniorman is on fire Fire @67Kelechi"

Meanwhile, Leicester City will now face Chelsea in the final, after the Blues defeated Manchester City 1-0 in the earlier fixture.
