Zidane calls players back to training 24 hours after Real Betis draw to prepare for Champions League clash with Chelsea

Real Madrid players have resumed back to training just barely 24 hours after their game against Real Betis 

Recall that Madrid hosted Betis at the Stefano Alfredo stadium on Saturday night, which later ended in a goalless draw.

It was Zinedine Zidane side that went closest after Karim Benzema goal was disallowed by VAR for offside.

The Result means that Los Blancos will remain in second position in the La Liga table, while the await result of Atletico Madrid who could move four points clear on top of they beat Athletic Bilbao at the San Names later tonight.
Zinedine Zidane looks to be taking the first leg semi final clash against Chelsea very serious, as they players all returned to training on Sunday morning.

Madrid will host Thomas Tuchel on Tuesday for the UEFA Champions League clash, and they are expected to have their captain Sergio Ramos back with the squad along with Toni Kroos who trained today. 

On Saturday, Eden Hazard returned after spending last two months in the sidelines, the Belgian is expected to face his former club. 

While Dani Carvajal and Lucas Vazquez are still out due to injuries and might not be able to play any more game this season. 

It's been confirmed that referee Danny Makkelie will officiate the game against Chelsea.
