Actor Lateef Adedimeji features in Music legend Ayinla Omowura's biopic

Nigerian actor has taken his acting to another level after he has featured in an epic movie produced by veteran movie producer, Tunde Kelani.

Lateef Adedimeji is one the trending names in the movie industry and he has risen from an upcoming act to become a super star.

This time, the handsome looking actor is reportedly playing a different role in an upcoming epic movie which is titled "Ayinla"

It's been gathered that the movie reveals the story about the life of legendary Apala musician Yoruba musician Ayinla Omowura.

According to reports gathered, the movie "Ayinla Omowura" is expected to hit the cinema for its premiere in Nigeria cinemas on June 18 2021.

Veteran filmmaker and producer, Tunde Kelani confirmed the premiere date via an Instagram post he shared. 

Sharing an image of the movie project, he wrote his caption in Yoruba language. 

He wrote: ‘Èdùmàrè sọ̀rọ̀ Mi dayọ̀ Mo wá nṣọpẹ́…A-A-A, (EP4) ÀYÌNLÁ the Movie finally in Cinemas from June 18, 2021.’

Just so you know, late Apala musician, Ayinla Waheed Yusuf, popularly known as Ayinla Omowura was born in 1933 in Itoko, Abeokuta.

He served fans with amazing Apala tunes back in the 70's and 80's before his untimely death on May 6, 1980. 

Ayinla was killed with a glass cup in a beer parlour, he died while he was being rushed to hospital.
