Champions League: N'Golo Kante and Edouard Mendy joins Chelsea stars as they fly out of England heading to Portugal (Photos)

It appears that Chelsea are set for their final clash against Manchester City in the Champions League.

The Blues are expected to face Manchester City at the Estádio do Dragão,  in Portugal on Saturday. The game is expected to kick off at 8pm GMT.

According to reports gathered, Thomas Tuchel and his players have traveled out of England heading to Portugal.

The players were spotted boarding the plane this afternoon,as they looked to be in high spirits.

It's been gathered that Edouard Mendy and N'Golo Kante were listed among the players that made the trip. The duo were previously injured, Kante suffered injury against Leicester while Mendy injures his rips while trying to save Bertrand Traore's goal.
