Chelsea's N'Golo Kante picked up the man of the match performance for his performance against Real Madrid at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night.
It finished 2-0 in favour of Chelsea with goals from Timo Werner and Mason Mount on the scoresheet.
Kante as instrumental to the two goals as he broke Real Madrid counter attack and moved the attack to provide the pass for Kai Havertz who chipped the ball which hit the bar but headed into the net by Werner.
The second goal saw Kante pick up the ball and raced to the penalty area of Chelsea as released Christian Pulisic who laid a short pass for Mason Mount to tap it into the empty net.
The result means that Chelsea will face Manchester City in the final in Istanbul in Turkey.
Recall that Manchester City defeated Paris Saint-Germain 2-0 at Etihad Stadium on Tuesday night.
