Ex VP Atiku Abubakar celebrates Wilfred Ndidi and Kelechi Iheanacho after they lifted FA Cup

Following Leicester City's FA CUP Triumph on Saturday, former vice president of Nigeria Abubakar Atiku has taken to his social media space to congratulate the Nigerian duo at the King Power Stadium.

Kelechi Iheanacho and Wilfred Ndidi were inspirational to Brendan Rodgers 1-0 win over Chelsea in the final.

Youri Tielemans smashed home a 30 yards shot as the Foxes clinched the FA Cup Trophy for the first time in their history.

After the final whistle, Atiku took to his verified Twitter page to congratulate Ndidi and Iheanacho. He added that the two Super Eagles stars have raised the flag of Nigeria.

and @Ndidi25 of @LCFC for ensuring that Nigeria’s flag was raised at the FA Cup finals. #FACupFinal."

Meanwhile after the game, Wilfred Ndidi and Kelechi Iheanacho were spotted holding the Nigeria flag as they smiled for the camera while celebrating their FA Cup Triumph.
