Juventus set to appoint their former manager Massimiliano Allegri and sack Andre Pirlo

Juventus are to sack Andrea Pirlo as manager and replace him with Massimiliano Allegri, according to Sky Sports.

It's been gathered that Juventus made the decision following a disappointing season in which they finished fourth in Serie A and went out of the Champions League in the last 16.

Allegri was in charge of Juventus from 2014-19, winning five successive league titles.

Recall that the Andre Pirlo was appointed as manager of the Old Ladies last year after he replaced Mauricio Sarri.
