Real Madrid snatched a 1-0 win against Athletic Bilbao on Sunday evening. The Los Blancos are still in the race to win La Liga title but will hope for their rival Atletico to lose on their final home game next week against Valladolid.

Nacho's 68th-minute strike is enough to keep Real Madrid in the hunt for the LaLiga crown - but it is not enough for them to take to the summit once more. They edge out Athletic Bilbao at San Mames Stadium.

For Bilbao, they will travel to Elche to finish off their season, Los Blancos face fellow European hopefuls Villarreal in the final game of the season.
