Man Utd players watched their fans protests through windows of Lowry Hotel as police clash with fans

On Sunday evening, Manchester Fans reportedly breached the entrances to Old Trafford stadium as they stormed the pitch in their large numbers to protest. 
It's been gathered that the Fans came out for a demonstration against the club's owners the Glazer for their involvement in the European Super League, which caused their game against Liverpool to be postponed.

Manchester United were expected to host Liverpool at the Old Trafford stadium on Sunday, but the game was delayed from 4:30pm.
But after the police were unable to draw away the fans from the stadium, it was reported that the game was postponed.

According to reports gathered, the Police were forced to guard the doors of the hotel and to prevent the fans from encroaching into the Lowry Hotel where the players were lodged. 

Meanwhile, the Manchester United players were seen watching the scene from the hotel window as their fans stood outside the stadium in their protest.
Following the postponement of the game, it's been gathered that a new date will be communicated soon.
