Sadio Mane snubs Jurgen Klopp handshake after full time as Liverpool thrashed Man U

Liverpool recorded three points in a massive victory against Manchester United at Old Trafford stadium on Thursday night. 

Recall that the game against initially scheduled for last week but was postponed due to crowd troubles during a protest. 

The Reds went behind went behind after an own goal when Bruno Fernandes shot was deflected into the net. 

But Jurgen Klopp side responded with two quick goals from Diogo Jotta and Roberto Firmino got his brace. 

Marcus Rashford scored a late consolation before Mohamed Salah late in the game to end 4-2.

The moment of controversy saw Sadio Mane snub his coach, Jurgen Klopp after the game. The Senegal international replaced Diogo Jota in the 74th minute and looked unhappy to be left on the bench for the game. 

He reportedly refused to shake Klopp's hand at the final whistle as he marched towards the tunnel shaking his head.

After the game, Klopp told the press that there is no rift between him and the player as he defended his decision to leave him out of the starting XI for the game. 

Klopp said: 'No, there is no problem. I made a late decision in training before the game to put Diogo in.

'The boys are used to me explaining things but there was no time for that. It is all fine. Sadio was slightly angry but that is all.'
