Chelsea have arrived back in England following their UEFA Champions League triumph in Portugal.

The Blues defeated Manchester City 1-0 in the final in Saturday night. Kai Havertz scored the only goal of the game in the 42nd minutes from a Mason Mount assist.

Following the Blues arrival at the Cobham training ground on Sunday evening, the team posed for a photograph.
