Zinedine Zidane's squad have been seriously affected due to injuries in this season. They have struggled to produce some great performance so far and it appears their hopes of defending their LA Liga title might be dashed at the moment.
Ahead of this weekend La Liga game, Real Madrid will be without their captain, Sergio Ramos. It's been gathered that the defender has been diagnosed with tendinosis of the semimembranous muscle of his left leg. According to reports from the club, Ramos will miss the Los Blancos game against Sevilla in LaLiga this weekend.
Sergio Ramos returned to action following calf injury and Covid-19 against Chelsea on Wednesday night in the second leg Champions League.
Although, Chelsea defeated Real Madrid 2-0 to qualify for final of the European competition.
Real Madrid are currently second in the La Liga table with 71 points and are trailing Atletico Madrid with two points.
Elsewhere, Atletico Madrid will travel to the Camp Nou on Saturday evening to face third placed Barcelona.
