    There are reports that Nigerian anger and song writer is currently sick. It's been gathered that Sound Sultan, has allegedly been diagnosed with throat cancer. 

    According to sahara reporters, the singer is already undergoing chemotherapy in one of the top hospitals in Nigeria.
