Sound Sultan promise to reveal truth about his health status after rumors of being diagnosed with cancer

Nigerian singer and song writer Olanrewaju Fasasi popularly called Sound Sultan has taken to his social media platform to share a photo of himself and his family following rumours that he's battling health issues. 

Recall that there were reports that Sound Sultan is currently being admitted in the hospital in United States of America where he's undergoing chemotherapy. 

It was rumoured that he was diagnosed with throat cancer which is at the early stage. 

But earlier today, the veteran artist shared an adorable snap of himself and his family as they celebrate the Eid Mubarak. 

Just so you know, Sound Sultan is a Muslim and he joined his fellow Muslim brothers and sisters in the celebration of the end of Ramadan. 

He posted the snap of himself, his wife, Chichi Morah and their children rocking their traditional outfit. 

In his caption, he appreciated his fans and Muslim brothers and sisters as they celebrate the Ramadan. 

The singer went ahead to address the ongoing rumours about his health, he said that he will tell her his fans about his true health status in coming days. 

Taking to his Instagram page @soundsultan, he captioned:
