Recall that on Sunday Asisat Oshoala became the first African women footballer to lift the UEFA Champions League.


Barcelona Femeni moved to clinched the double after their victory against Chelsea in the final over the weekend.

Just so you know, Barcelona Femeni already been crowned Champions of the League and further thrashed Chelsea who who were also Champions of England.

It finished 4-0 at the end of 90 minutes, although Barcelona had scored all four goals in the first half.

While in the mood of celebrating Asisat Oshoala for her achievement, below is a snap of the Super Falcons star with her childhood club, FC Robo.

From the snap, the Nigerian footballer could be seen dressed in FC Robo jersey as she posed with her team mates who seems to her close friends in the team. 

Just so you know, she began her professional career in the Nigerian women's league with FC Robo.

She later moved abroad to play for Liverpool and Arsenal in England. Asisat Oshoala also played in the Chinese women's league before she moved to Spain to join Barcelona on loan before she sealed the move the following year on a permanent deal.
