Ahead of the European tournament, the entire England's squad were presented with special red velvet caps.
According to reports from Daily Mail Online, each cap has a unique number which has been assigned to each player in England's national team.
Daily Mail Online added that there are a total of 1,262 players who have represented the Three Lions starting from the first international the team players back in 1872.
England's national team manager, Gareth Southgate presented the caps to the team at St George's Park ahead of their opening game this weekend.
Chelsea's trio of Mason Mount, Ben Chilwell, Rece James along with Jude Bellingham, Jordan Henderson, Bukayo Saka (1253), Jack Grealish (1251), Phil Foden (1247) and Mason Mount (1243) were among the rookies who will be playing for the Three Lions in a major competition.
