Manchester United star has reportedly withdrawn from the upcoming Euro 2020 following injury he sustained.
Netherlands and Manchester United midfielder Donny van de Beek has suffered an injury while he was playing in the Oranje warm up game ahead of the European competition.

Donny Van de Beek is struggling to recover from an injury and he might not be able to be fit to perform in the competition which is expected to kick off on Friday June 10.

According to Goal, Netherlands coach, Frank de Boer has made the decision to pull out the former Ajax star.

Netherlands will kick off their first game in the Euros this Sunday against Ukraine.

Netherlands have confirmed the report with a tweet which reads: "Van de Beek has to let the European Championship pass by. The midfielder is struggling with an injury.

"As a result, he is not available in time for EURO 2020. Frank de Boer will not call a replacement for Van de Beek."
Recall that Van de Beek has been struggling to replicate his form which made Manchester United sign him for £35m last year.

The midfielder made just four Premier League appearances under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer last season.
