Chelsea unveils new goalkeeper, Marcus Bettinelli following his arrival as free agent from Fulham

Chelsea have finally announced their first summer signing earlier today. Thomas Tuchel already has a lot of options in his squad but a new addition of goalkeeper wouldn't be bad for the German tactician.

Thomas Tuchel replaced Frank Lampard who left in February this year following disappointing results and Tuchel went ahead to win UEFA Champions League trophy with Chelsea beating Manchester City 1-0 in the final.

Chelsea have announced that goalkeeper Marcus Bettinelli has joined the Blues on a free transfer from Fulham. 

The shot stopper has a signed a 2-year contract with the Blues. The 29-year-old goalkeeper is expected to replace Willy Caballero who is set to leave the Stamford Bridge. 

Marcus will come in as the third goalie after Edouard Mendy and Kepa Arrizabalaga are number one and two respectively.
