Granit Xhaka is central midfielder who currently plays for Premier League side Arsenal and Switzerland national team.
The 28-year-old has been on holiday following his participation in the 2020 European Championship where he guided Switzerland to the quarter-final stage.
The former Borussia Mönchengladbach midfielder has returned to England to join the rest of this team mates ahead of the 2021-2022 season.
Granit Xhaka was snapped in training at the London Colney on Saturday (July 31st 2021) afternoon.
According to Sky Sports, Jose Mourinho who recently was appointed as Roma new coach is interested in signing Xhaka. But the Serie A side are struggling to meet up with the player's valuation.
The arrival of Granit Xhaka in Arsenal's training suggest that the player is still in coach Mikel Arteta plans for the new campaign. The Switzerland international has two years left on his current contract and Arsenal are set to extend his contract in coming days, Sky Sports added.
