Kane who didn't start the competition with his usual goal scoring form has found his scoring boot since the quarter final against Germany.
The Tottenham Hotspur star has scored three goals in his last two games.
"He was replaced when the result was clear, having scored two goals. He was consistent in his efforts, also producing an amazing shot well saved by the goalkeeper," UEFA Technical Observer Jean-François Domergue said. "As he gains confidence, so too does the entire England squad."
Kane lead England into the semi final where they will face Denmark.
