Juna Mata has signed one year contract with Manchester United

Juan Mata has agreed a one-year contract, keeping him at Old Trafford until June 2022.

Manchester United have confirmed that Juna Mata has signed a new deal.

It's been gathered that the new extension will run until 2022. Although Mata got limited game time last season under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer but the Norway boss looks to have faith in the Spanish international.

The 33-year-old completed a transfer from Premier League rivals Chelsea in January 2014 and has since made 273 appearances as a Red, scoring 51 goals in the process.
