Man City star Joao Cancelo announced engagement with his babymama, Daniele Machado during summer vacation in Maldives

Manchester City star is a happy man at the moment after his long time girlfriend agreed to walk down the aisle with him.

Man City star Joao Cancelo finally proposed to his girlfriend Daniele Machado while on holiday in the Maldives.

It's been gathered that the couple have been enjoying their summer holiday in Maldives following the defender campaign for Portugal in the European Championship.

Cancelo played 43 appearances and winning the Premier League title for the first time with Manchester City. 

He posted a snap of the ring with the 'Will you marry me' sign in the background and a caption which read: "She said yes #blessed."

Cancelo has a one-year-old daughter with Machado.His soon-to-be-wife uploaded a series of pictures showing the exact moment Cancelo got down on one knee, captioned: "I SAID YES! 04.07.21."
