It's been gathered that the actor had been suspended by the association following his movie, "Oko Iyabo".
The movie was released during his back and forth between him and colleague Iyabo Ojo during the alleged child molestation case of Baba Ijesha.
The movie has received a lot of backlash from many viewers.
While reacting to his suspension, he stated that he's not a member of TAMPAN and he can decide to seek redress in court if he's human rights are being violated.
Yomi Fabiyi further revealed he was asked to pay certain amount of money to register as a member sometimes ago, but he declined.
