Paris Saint-Germain new signing Achraf Hakimi has tested positive for Covid-19, according to L’Équipe.

It's been reported that the former Real Madrid star is currently in isolation.

The 22-year-old completed his move from Inter to Milan on July 6th 2021. He became Mauricio Pochettino second signing after Sergio Ramos joined as free agent from Real Madrid.

Achraf forced to miss PSG's latest pre-season match against FC Chambly on Saturday. He will now have to self-isolate for 10 days.

The match ended in a 2-2 draw, with Mauro Icardi and Xavi Simons getting on the scoresheet for a PSG side that only had three first-team regulars start the match in Keylor Navas, Idrissa Gueye and Icardi.
