Juventus star has completed his return to Manchester United earlier today. Recall that Maximiliano Allegri confirmed during his press conference that Ronaldo missed training this week because he wanted to leave the club.
On Friday (August 27th 2021), Manchester United confirmed the signing of Cristiano Ronaldo, 36, from Juventus.
The former Real Madrid star is expected to undergo his medical in Lisbon, Portugal this weekend.
Recall that Ronaldo joined Juventus two years ago from Real Madrid. He guided the Old Ladies to win the Serie A title in his first season and he also won the Coppa Italia.
Ronaldo finished top scorer for Juventus last season despite their fourth place finish under former manager Andre Pirlo.
Aaron Ramsey took to his verified Instagram page (@aaronramsey) to appreciate the Portuguese international for his contribution during his spell at Juventus.
The Wales international praised Ronaldo for his dedication, hard work and commitment.
Ramsey wrote:
