Marko Arnautovic is an Austrian international who plays as a centre forward. The 32-year-old has secured a move to Italy after two years in China.
Bologna have officially announced Marko Arnautovic’s arrival from Shanghai, the statement reads:
"Bologna Fc 1909 announces that they have acquired the right to sporting services for striker Marko Arnautovic from the Shanghai SIPG."
Arnautović began his career in his native Austria playing in the youth teams for a number of clubs in the Vienna area before he signed a contract with Dutch club Twente in 2006. The forward goal scoring form attracted interest from several clubs and eventually moved to Premier League, Arnautović joined English side Stoke City, where he scored 26 goals in 145 appearances. He joined West Ham United in July 2017 for a fee of £20 million, and two years later Shanghai SIPG (now Shanghai Port) for £22.4 million.
