Arsenal set to face Tottenham Hotspur in a friendly game on Sunday afternoon. It is the second London derby for the Gunners after they lost 2-1 against Chelsea last week at the Emirates stadium.

Mikel Arteta has been using the friendly games to build his players fitness ahead of the 2021-2022 season. Recall that the Gunners ended the 2020-21 season in eight position due to their inconsistent performances in several games.

Ahead of the game against their north London rival, Arsenal have revealed their team news.

The Gunners have confirmed that Thomas Partey will be out for three weeks. The former Atletico Madrid star sustained an injury to ligaments in his right ankle during the friendly match against Chelsea last Sunday. Thomas Partey was forced off after a challenge from Chelsea's Ruben Loftus-Cheek.

Arsenal's striker Eddie Nketiah is expected to miss four weeks of action after he bruised his right ankle during the friendly match against Chelsea.

Gabriel Magalhães sustained an injury to his right knee while representing Brazil at the Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.
