Arsenal midfielder has completed his two years deal with his boyhood club in Brazil.

Willian Borges da Silva is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a winger.
The 33-year-old has finally agreed to terminate his contract with Arsenal after 12 months at the Emirates stadium. Willian has struggled to replicate his attacking prowess at Arsenal.

Recall that Willian signed for Arsenal in 2020 from Chelsea. He managed to score only one goal in 37 appearances for the Gunners.
The former Chelsea star was one of the top earners at Arsenal but has agreed to terminate his £220,000 per week contract. Willian and Arsenal have reached an agreement to terminate the remaining two years left on his contract. 

The 33-year-old old winger has completed his medical with his boyhood club, Corinthians. He has already agreed a two years deal that will keep him tied to the Brazilian club until 2023. 

Recall that Willian started his career at Corinthians, before joining Shakhtar Donetsk in 2007 for a fee of €14 million. Willian signed for Russian side Anzhi Makhachkala in 2013 before joined Chelsea for £30 million one year later. 

The Brazilian played seven-years with Chelsea where he won two Premier League titles, an FA Cup crown, and the 2018-19 Europa League while at Stamford Bridge.
