Memphis Depay scored the opening goal from the penalty spot early in the game before Luuk De Jong second half header made it 2-0.
Then Ansu Fati scored the third after two minutes of making his first appearance since 10 months.
The 18 years old has been injured for the past 10 months, he danced into Levante defense and finished on style as he received a pass from Eric Gracia.
During his goal celebration, Ansu Fati ran into the stance and he hugged Barcelona's club doctor.
