Trevoh Tom Chalobah, 22, stunner against Palace voted Chelsea's goal of the month

22 years old defender has been voted the winner of the goal of the month. 

Trevoh Tom Chalobah is a professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Premier League club Chelsea. 

Chalobah joined Chelsea in 2007 at the age of eight but was promoted into the first team this season under Thomas Tuchel. 

The 22-year-old goal against Crystal Palace has been voted the goal of the month of August. 

Recall that Trevor Chalobah scored sensational strike against Crystal Palace on match day one. Chelsea defeated Palace 3-0 at Stamford Bridge in their opening game of the season. 

Thomas Tuchel has improved Chelsea since he arrived at the club in January this year. Recall that the former Paris Saint-Germain boss replaced Frank Lampard who was sacked due to poor results. 

Last season, Tuchel guided Chelsea to finish fourth in the Premier League table and they also clinched the UEFA Champions League trophy. The Blues defeated Manchester City 1-0 in the final due to a first half goal from Kai Havertz. 

Chelsea have started this season on a high, they are currently top of the Premier League table.
