UEFA Champions League: PSG receives injury boost as Messi train with the team ahead of Manchester City clash

Paris Saint-Germain have been boosted with the return of Lionel Messi. The 34-year-old was spotted in training this afternoon ahead of their UEFA Champions League clash against Manchester City.

Mauricio Pochettino side will host Manchester City at the Parc des Princes on Tuesday night. The game is expected to kick off at 8pm GMT.

Recall that Messi suffered an injury to his left ankle two weeks ago against Lyon. Messi made his debut in the game but was substituted after the hour mark.

The former Barcelona star missed PSG 2-1 win over Montpellier last weekend.

Messi trained along with Kylian Mbappe, Neymar Jnr and other PSG players. It's uncertain if the Argentine captain will start on Tuesday night Champions League game against Manchester City.
