Nigerian international is still surprised following the VAR decision to cancel his team's goals against Brighton Hove Albion this afternoon.

Recall that Brighton Hove Albion defeated Leicester City 2-1 at the Amex stadium on Sunday afternoon.

Seagulls took the lead in the 35th minute through Neal Maupay after referee adjudging Jannik Vestergaard to have handled Shane Duffy’s goal-bound header.

Five minutes into the second half, Brighton doubled their advantage as Danny Welbeck flicked Leandro Trossard’s pacey cross into the net.

Meanwhile, Foxes pulled one back when Jamie Vardy turned in an assist from Youri Tielemans in the second half.

But in the 67th minute, Lookman thought he had leveled matters from Ryan Bertrand’s corner kick, but VAR ruled that out as Harvey Barnes – who was in an offside position - was adjudged to have blocked the sight of goalkeeper Robert Sanchez.

The second VAR incident happened after Ndidi’s header from a corner was disallowed for offside against Barnes again five minutes from stoppage time.
After the game, Super Eagles midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi took to his social media space to share the moment he placed his hands on his head following VAR decisions.
