Atletico Madrid striker got the opportunity to reunite with his former team mate at the 2021 edition of the Ballon D'Or award.

If you recall that Lionel Messi 2ww crowned the men's best player at the Ballon D'Or award which went down at Théâtre du Châtelet on the 29th of November.

It was Luis Suarez who presented Lionel Messi with the award, and the former Barcelona stars were snapped along with their wives on the red carpet.

Suarez attended the event along with his wife Sofia Balbi and Messi with his wife Antonela Roccuzzo.

The two formed good relationship during their spells at Barcelona along with Brazilian star Neymar who is currently in PSG.
