There have been questions about Kanye West mental state after he was spotted without eyebrows. 

The American rapper and music producer has been promoting his album "Donda" with several listening parties across several cities in the states.

Following his announcement that Sunday Service was finally returning last weekend, with appearances from Marilyn Manson, Roddy Ricch, Justin Bieber, and others, Kanye West appeared with a new look. 

Ye which is he's new identity was seen in  his fresh haircut with a set of shaved eyebrows.
